Registration FAQ

 

 

1. I am having trouble getting started with the online registration.
Please visit the CENTILE registration webpage: http://www.centileconference.org/2017/Registration
Click on the “Register Now” button. Enter your name and email address and select “Attendee” as your registration type from the drop-down menu. Click “Next” to continue your registration on the next page. Instructions on the top of each page will guide you through the process.
 
2. How do I register my group on one order? 
  • Visit the conference registration website.
  • Register either yourself or the first person in your group.  
  • On the Registration Summary page, there is an “Add Person” button on the top right.
  • Click on “Add Person” and repeat the registration process. You will repeat this process for each member in your group.
  • When you have registered all members in your group, click the “next” button on the Registration Summary page, and continue with the payment to complete the order.
 
3. How do I register on behalf of someone else?
  • Visit the conference registration website.
  • On the first page of the conference registration website, there are fields to start a registration: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and then you must choose a registration type.  
  • Underneath the registration type, you can check the box that says “I am registering on behalf of this person”. Once you check that box, a few new fields will pop up, asking you to enter YOUR information. These fields are required if you want to receive email confirmations that the registration is complete. If you do NOT want to receive these emails or confirmations, you can uncheck the box, and continue to register on behalf of the attendee.
 
4. Who qualifies for the Student/Trainee registration fee?
The student registration category is for full-time students/trainees pursuing a career in health care. By selecting the student registration category, you agree to provide proof of enrollment as a full-time student/trainee (verification of current credit hours) upon request of CENTILE.
 
5. Where can I find my confirmation number?

The confirmation number is a combination of letters and numbers and can be found in your confirmation email.  These emails often filter into Spam folders.  If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com to have it resent.

 
6. How do I edit my contact information or add items to my order after I have already made my purchase?
If you would like to edit your order after you submitted your registration, click on the “Register Now” button on the CENTILE registration page and then click “Already registered?” You will be asked to enter your email address and confirmation number that was sent to you in the confirmation email. Alternatively, you can modify your registration by following the embedded link in your confirmation email.
 
7. How can I obtain a Letter of Invitation for my visa application?
Once you submit your registration, you will be taken to the confirmation page, where you can find a link to generate your personalized Letter of Invitation. The same link can be found in your confirmation email. 
 
8. Can I obtain a Certificate of Attendance?
Yes, a Certificate of Attendance will be available on the website after the Conference concludes.
 
9. I need to cancel my registration. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by 22 September 2017 will be refunded, less a $175 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 22 September 2017. The Conference is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for payment.
 
10. I can no longer attend the Conference, but my colleague is available. What is the substitution policy?
Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up until the pre-registration deadline Thursday, 12 October 2017 or at the onsite Registration Desk.
 
11. Where will conference registration be located?
The Conference will be held at the Georgetown University Hotel & Conference Center at 3800 Reservoir Road in Washington, DC. The Registration Desk will be located in the West Lobby and will officially open on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at 16:00.
 
12. I would like to reserve a hotel room near the conference venue. Which hotel should I contact?
CENTILE has secured a special discounted room rate at the Georgetown University Hotel and Conference Center where all conference events will take place. Visit the Venue Hotel page to learn more and to reserve your room.
