Method of Payment

Full payment must accompany all conference registrations and can be made by credit card. Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are accepted. Please note the vendor on your credit card statement will be listed as Conference Solutions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by 22 September 2017 will be refunded, less a $175 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 22 September 2017. 

 

If for any reason the Conference should be cancelled, CENTILE 2017 will refund the registration fee. The Conference is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.
 

Substitution Policy

Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be until 12 October 2017, or at the onsite Registration Desk.


Liability

With paid registration, the participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge claims against the Conference organizers should the meeting be altered, hindered, or prevented by unexpected political or economic events, unpredictable forces of nature, speaker cancellations or other unforeseeable events.

 

Certificate of Attendance

A Certificate of Attendance will be available on the website after the Symposium. Attendees will receive a passcode to access the website and download the Certificate.

 

Letter of Invitation

After completion of the online registration form, you will be sent to a Confirmation Page, which will contain a link to create a personalized letter of invitation for use in visa applications. You will also receive a confirmation email with the same link. You will need to submit your name, date of birth, passport number, and nationality in order to generate the letter. Please be sure to visit our travel recommendations page for more on visa requirements.

 

Badges

Conference identification badges are mandatory and will be required for admission to all Conference functions.

 

Publicity Policy

Each registrant grants CENTILE 2017 the right to photograph/videotape participants and to use such photographs/videos and the names of attendees in materials which either represent the proceedings of the Conference or promote future conferences. Except for the official conference photographer/videographer, please note that no picture taking will be allowed in sessions.
